Dec. 10—Recently filed court records allege that an FBI agent’s son, having shot up a car and killed a 13-year-old, then advised his accomplice “how they were going to get away with this.”

The pair trashed their clothes and repaired an errant bullet hole in the accomplice’s Lexus, then drove to Colorado to sell the car that day, using cash along the way and leaving their phones in Albuquerque so as not to be traced.

On the drive back, having failed to sell the Lexus, Thomas Acee prepared Michael Flores for the possibility of being caught, telling him “they would be spending the rest of their lives in prison.”

Last week Acee, 21, was charged with an open count of murder shooting from a motor vehicle and faces other charges, in the Aug. 18 death of Michael Tubb. Flores, also 21, was arrested in October and indicted by a grand jury on an open count of murder in Tubb’s death.

Flores has been released on an ankle monitor after a judge denied a prosecutor’s motion to hold him until trial. Meanwhile, prosecutors filed a motion to keep Acee behind bars until trial.

Acee’s attorney could not be reached Tuesday.

Flores’ account to Albuquerque police of how the shooting unfolded and its aftermath was revealed in court records filed Saturday. The motive, Flores said, was Acee spotted a someone who wronged him Downtown and believed the car he shot up had that person inside.

Thomas Acee is the son of FBI agent Bryan Acee, a well-respected law enforcement officer who has built cases against the Aryan Brotherhood and Juarez Cartel, among others. Bryan Acee is credited for largely dismantling Syndicato de Nuevo Mexico, one of the state’s largest and most violent gangs.

The unsealed documents include a photo of Thomas Acee holding an AK-style pistol, the alleged murder weapon. After Flores was arrested in October, he told police — among the other revelations — that Acee said “police were never going to find the gun.”

It was around 3:30 a.m. when officers responded to the shooting near Fourth and Atlantic SW, finding Tubb fatally shot and a teenage girl injured inside a car. Detectives identified the suspect’s car as a specific Lexus model and, in September, found one for sale on Facebook by Flores.

Police say they searched Flores’ cellphone records and found his phone was in the area where Tubb was shot at the time of the homicide and then followed the same route as the one seen taken by the Lexus on various cameras.

Police also found messages from “Tommy” encouraging Flores to trade the Lexus, according to a criminal complaint filed in Metropolitan Court. Detectives learned a Thomas Acee was contacting Flores while he was in jail.

Months after his arrest, Flores told police on Dec. 4 that the pair were Downtown when Acee spotted someone he said had shot up his car and robbed him in the past, the complaint states. Flores said Acee had him follow the person, and then the vehicle they thought he got into.

Flores told police that Acee then said they were following the wrong car and the two went back Downtown, where Acee had him follow a similar car, the one Tubb and other teens were inside, according to the complaint. Flores told police Acee had an AK-style pistol and a handgun on him.

Flores told police he didn’t want to follow the vehicle anymore and was about to turn around when Acee got out of the car and fired at least 12 times, the complaint states. He said Acee helped repair a bullet hole in the roof of the Lexus, using Bondo and spray paint, and they drove to Colorado to try and sell it.

Flores told police no dealership wanted the vehicle because it was rear-wheel drive and they returned to Albuquerque, according to the complaint. He said Acee told him to never talk about the crime on social media and, if he was arrested, to destroy his cellphone.

“Michael and Thomas discussed listing the Lexus for sale on Facebook Marketplace after several other failed attempts to sell the vehicle in both Arizona and New Mexico,” the complaint states.View comments

NEED TO KNOW

  • In a new interview, Pamela Anderson revealed her reaction to seeing Pam & Tommy producer Seth Rogen at the Golden Globes
  • She explained that the series, which she said depicted the “worst time” in her life, being made without her permission “p—ed me off a little bit”
  • The Hulu series was a semi-fictionalized story about Anderson’s life, including her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee and the 1995 scandal surrounding a stolen homemade sex tape

Pamela Anderson is getting candid about how it felt seeing Pam & Tommy producer Seth Rogen at the 2026 Golden Globes.

The Naked Gun star, 58, revealed on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show that she “left” after presenting the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy to Rose Byrne and “went right to bed,” especially after seeing Rogen, 43, in the audience.

“Seth Rogen, he did that [series] without talking to me, you know Pam & Tommy, and that was another — I just felt like, ‘Eh.’ You know?” she recalled. “Like how can someone make a TV series out of the difficult times in your life, and ‘I’m a living, breathing human being over here. Hello.’ ”

When Cohen, 57, asked if she ran into him “at all,” she responded, “he was in the pit at the Golden Globes so we were close.” However, she noted that she felt “weird” about seeing him following the release of Pam & Tommy.

“I may have just felt like, ’I’m not chopped liver over here,’ ” Anderson shared. “I felt a little bit weird about it. And I felt like you know — I’ve been so busy working. I’ve done five movies in the last year. So, I’ve just been busy but sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down.”

“I don’t know. It just felt like a little yucky. But eventually, hopefully he will, maybe he’ll reach out to me and apologize. Not that that matters,” she added.

Cohen noted that the apology from Rogen might actually “mean something” to her, but the Golden Globes winner admitted that she still had complicated feelings over the whole situation.

“Well, you are free game. When you are a public person they say you have no right to privacy. But your darkest, deepest secrets or your tragedies in your life shouldn’t be fair game for [a] TV series. That p—ed me off a little bit,” Anderson explained.

She went on to note that it hurt that much more since the series portrayed “the worst time in my life.” Cohen agreed, before asking her what her “inclination” was when she saw Rogen again and whether it was to “give him a death stare” or “look away.”

“I mean you’re kind of already tip-toeing around it. It’s so uncomfortable being around everybody there,” Anderson said. “I mean a lot of those people [are] even from Malibu days, so I still don’t feel like I belong in those rooms. I feel like, you know, uncomfortable.”

“So, I didn’t make a beeline for him, but in my mind, I did. And really told him how I felt. So I’m sitting there in my seat just going — you know?” she said as she pretended to give a hard stare.

However, she also noted that she was not going to let it bother her and “everything’s good,” adding, “I mean there’s worse things going on in the world.”

Anderson previously shared in her Netflix documentary, Pamela, A Love Story that she thought Pam & Tommy producers including Rogen “should have had my permission” before making the series because “nobody really knows what we were going through at the time.”

She told Entertainment Tonight in 2023 that she had “no desire” to watch the Hulu series, which was a semi-fictionalized story about her life — including her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee and the 1995 scandal surrounding a stolen homemade sex tape.

Doctor Claims Trump, 79, Suffered Serious Medical Issue

Ewan Palmer

Donald Trump suffered a stroke several months ago and has kept it from the public, a prominent medical expert has suggested.

Professor Bruce Davidson of Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine made the bombshell claim about the 79-year-old president’s health while laying out “lines of evidence supportive” that have also been reported on by the Daily Beast over the past year.

“I think his stroke was on the left side of the brain, which controls the right side of the body,” Davidson told biographer Sidney Blumenthal and Princeton historian Sean Wilentz on their podcast, The Court of History.

“I think the stroke was six months ago or more, earlier in 2025,” he continued. “There are videos of him shuffling his feet, which is not what we’d seen previously when he was striding on the golf course. We’ve seen him holding his right hand cradled in his left. Earlier in 2025, he was garbling words, which he hadn’t done before and which he’s improved upon more recently.”

Davidson also pointed to what he described as “marked episodes of excessive daytime sleepiness,” known medically as hypersomnolence, which he said is common among stroke patients. Trump is now routinely appearing to nod off in public appearances such as White House events.

He further suggested that footage showing Trump gingerly descending the steps of Air Force One while gripping the banister with his left hand, despite the president being right-handed, is “consistent with having had a stroke on the left side of the brain.”

Davidson did not specify what sort of stroke he believes the president may have suffered, but said if he is correct with his claim then it “looks like he’s had significant recovery.”

Speculation about the mental and physical decline of Trump, who is on track to become the oldest president in U.S. history, has circulated for months.

The president has frequently appeared in public with large, visible bruises on his hands, which he desperately attempts to conceal with blotches of makeup.

Trump has also taken steps to hide from public view his swollen cankles, a symptom of the medical condition chronic venous insufficiency, which the White House admitted the president had in July 2024.

Additional concerns were raised after Trump appeared at an event commemorating the anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks with his face drooping to one side. Multiple social media users speculated at the time that the appearance could be a sign of a stroke, though no diagnosis has been confirmed.

In a candid interview with The Wall Street Journal published this month, Trump acknowledged several health issues and treatments, including briefly wearing compression socks to help manage swelling in his legs.
