Galyna Saltkovska’s legal troubles are about to take center stage on McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.
In the preview for the season 2 finale of the Bravo series, which aired following the Aug. 25 episode, Saltkovska, CMO of McBee Farm & Cattle Co., is MIA during the wedding of Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca.
“Did you see Galyna?” Steven McBee Jr. asks before attempting to call her and getting her voicemail.
The clip then cuts to bodycam footage of Saltkovska, 47, being detained as an officer says, “Here’s the deal, right now, you’re going to be under arrest.”

Legal documents obtained by PEOPLE indicate Saltkovska was arrested on Oct. 19, 2024, the same day Jesse and Ventresca tied the knot in Smithfield, Missouri.
According to the filing, Saltkovska was charged with “failure to exercise [the] highest degree of care,” resulting in an automobile accident.

The charge was later downgraded to a defective equipment misdemeanor, according to an amended filing from December 2024, which was also obtained by PEOPLE.
One week later, the reality star was arrested after allegedly trespassing and disturbing the peace on Oct. 27, 2024.
In a court filing, Saltkovska allegedly entered a house despite being “advised in the past not to come to this residence.”
Upon entering, she was allegedly “screaming” and using “derogatory names,” and “making threats of bodily harm and death.” When she was escorted from the home, “she fell on the garage floor and hit her head, causing a small laceration on her forehead” before reentering the home, according to the filing.

The filing indicates that Saltkovska had “been in a relationship” with a resident of the property “in the past” and worked for their “farm and cattle company.” After the relationship ended, she allegedly “expressed her dislike” for her ex’s current “romantic” partner.
While the names in the filing are redacted, the details fit the description of Saltkovska’s ex Steven McBee, the CEO of McBee Farm & Cattle Co., who had an affair with Saltkovska’s former friend, Masha. Their feud has been a source of discussion throughout season 2.

During the incident, Saltkovska allegedly “arrived unannounced” at the home around 4 a.m. following a Halloween party where the residents were in attendance. She “began beating on the back glass door of the residence, before she was able to gain entry through the garage door, and entered the kitchen of the residence,” the documents state.
She then allegedly approached their bedroom door. Saltkovska began using “derogatory names” and “threatening to kill” an individual in the home, whose name was redacted. She allegedly refused to leave and “fell and hit her head on the concrete garage floor” when they attempted to escort her off the property, the filing indicates.
The filing alleges that Saltkovska was intoxicated at the time of the incident, according to records obtained by PEOPLE.
She has since pleaded guilty to private peace disturbance charges. The trespassing charge has been dismissed.
In a statement to PEOPLE, Saltkovska said, “I came to Steve’s looking for some help with a Halloween party we were hosting at the ranch, and Masha took advantage of the situation and called the police to have me arrested. I did not make the best decisions that day. I look forward to learning from my mistakes and putting this unfortunate incident behind me.”
PEOPLE has also reached out to representatives for Steven Sr. for comment.

In August, Saltkovska opened up to PEOPLE about where she stands with Steven Sr., Masha as well as Steven’s ex-wife Kristi McBee, who divorced him as a result of his affair with Saltkovska.
“[I] definitely talk to Kristi a lot. Talk to Steven, talk to Steve every day,” Saltkovska said at the time. “We obviously have businesses, and I developed a friendship with Kristi, for which I’m super grateful. Definitely always been a fan of Steven, kind of growing on the friendship with Steven.”
However, she admitted that friendship with Masha is irretrievably broken.
“Definitely not that. That is not going to happen ever and in any near future,” she added. “I do not appreciate backstabbers or cowards.”

On the second season of the show, fans saw Saltkovska struggle to come to terms with Steven Sr.’s new relationship.
After she was caught drinking on the job on the July 21 episode, she said in a a confessional, that due to the hurt she’s feeling over Steven Sr., she drank “some wine, just to relax my feelings.”
“I came into this conversation pissed off,” said Steven Jr. “But as I’m looking at her and seeing the pain in her eyes, I understand that she is a human being she’s been going through a lot over the last few months. And I know how good of a person she is and how productive and how valuable she is to our companies.”

In the episode that aired Aug. 25, Masha arrived unannounced to the opening of a new car wash location, which is another McBee business venture under Saltkovska’s purview.
When Saltkovska saw Masha arrive, she said, “F— you,” as the team was about to conduct the ribbon cutting ceremony.
“Galyna’s about to go crazy,” Cole said to his brothers.
After Galyna saw Masha speaking to a potential investor on the car wash project, she approached Masha and said, “The little prostitute is here. Get the f— out of my business.”
Galyna proceeded to follow Masha around the car wash parking lot speaking in a mix of Russian and English saying, “Get the f— out.”
“Don’t take one step closer or I’m going to call the police,” replied Masha.
As Masha got her in her car to drive away, Galyna flipped her the finger and spit in her direction.
The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys season 2 finale airs Monday, Sept. 1 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

The Reno Police Department took a page out of Reno 911’s book and released their own version of the iconic “drunk catwalk” scene to discourage drinking and driving this holiday season.
The drunk catwalk, also known as the drunk cowboy, is a scene from the 2003 comedy TV show Reno 911! in which Deputy Clementine Johnson pulls over a drunken “gifted” drunk cowboy dance who performs the “walk and turn test.”
The classic clip became a fan favorite over the following years, resurfacing in 2018 after it went viral on YouTube. In 2023, the scene notably became the subject of parodies and Halloween costumes as people reenacted it across social media.
Speaking of reenacting on social media, the Reno Police Department did just that releasing their very own version over the weekend. Take a look.0.25×0.5xnormal1.5x2x

Fun fact: Reno 911 isn’t actually filmed in Reno, except a few establishing shots.
Asian community calling for change after use of force incident with OKCPD officer

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Oklahoma City’s Asian community said they have asked for changes to the Oklahoma City Police Department following the release of video showing use of force against a 71-year-old Vietnamese man.
“We were forewarned it would be significant,” said Thuan Nguyen, president-elect for Vietnamese American Communities of Oklahoma.
OKCPD said it was investigating the October 27 incident after an officer pulled over Lich Vu for a traffic stop. The officer said in body camera video that he pulled Vu over for an illegal U-turn on NW 39th Expressway.
The department released body camera video and store surveillance video on Friday. The officer, who has not been named, can be seen asking Vu to sign a ticket. When Vu refused, the officer told Vu, “If you don’t sign this, you go to jail.”
The officer then called Vu “ridiculous.”
Minutes later, Vu can be seen placing his hand on the officer’s arm. In the video, Vu can be seen pointing a finger at the officer and telling him to “shhh.”PREVIOUS COVERAGE: Bodycam reveals officer slamming elderly man to the ground
The officer then threw Vu to the ground where his head hit the pavement. He was then handcuffed.
“I feel like that’s pretty excessive,” said Nguyen.
News 4 asked Nguyen if he had seen the video and his reaction to the Vu touching the officer.
“You shouldn’t argue with the cop, but in certain cases, I feel like we should be able to give and be given an opportunity to hear our side of the story before a citation gets issued,” said Nguyen.
In the video, Vu can be heard trying to explain the incident to the officer multiple times. Nguyen said Vu can speak English but there was a language barrier and miscommunication during the traffic stop.
“For a police officer to think that a 71-year-old man could actually intentionally hurt him,” said Nguyen. “Our Asian community feels an implicit bias.”OHP releases body camera footage of chase, shootout with armed robbery suspect on Turner Turnpike
Vu has remained in the hospital since the incident. He suffered from a brain bleed and had surgery Friday. Family members told News 4 on Monday that Vu was “in and out of consciousness, but stable.”
He was suffering from bone cancer at the time of the traffic stop. Nguyen said Vu and his wife had just left church when he was pulled over. He said Vu was an active member of the community, often times feeding and caring for the homeless in Oklahoma City.
Asian leaders in the metro have met with Oklahoma City Police and the chief to ask for policy changes. They have had conversations about adding “language translation equipment” to officers’ uniforms. The department already has translators on staff.

“They’re going to try to invest in language translation services for police officers when they’re approaching a person that has a language barrier,” said Nguyen.
The department said in a social media post about the incident that it wanted to be transparent and accountable.
“An investigation was immediately initiated, and the officer was placed on administrative leave pending the conclusion of the investigation. The incident remains under investigation and will be presented to the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office soon,” said a social media post by the Oklahoma City Police Department.
