A resident told police that someone had knocked on her door, claimed to be a police officer and told her she would shoot her if she did not come to the door.

Officers identified Fuller as a suspect and obtained a search warrant for her apartment, where they recovered two handguns and ammunition.

Fuller was transported to the Cumberland County Jail after she was taken into custody.

Texas woman accused of threatening judge with racist slurs over Trump case

ByAlexander Mallin

A woman is accused of threatening U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, assigned to overseeing former President Trump’s 2020 election interference case.

A Texas woman was arrested last week for allegedly threatening to kill the judge assigned to oversee former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election interference case in Washington, D.C., according to court records.

Abigail Jo Shry allegedly made a call to D.C. District Judge Tanya Chutkan’s chambers on Aug. 5, leaving a voicemail message with racist threats saying, “Hey you stupid slave n—– … You are in our sights, we want to kill you.”

She also allegedly “threatened to kill anyone who went after” former President Trump, an FBI affidavit says, and also threatened to kill Texas Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, all Democrats in Washington, D.C., and all people in the LGBTQ community.

“If Trump doesn’t get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you,” Shry allegedly said in the voicemail. “So tread lightly, b—- … You will be targeted personally, publicly, your family, all of it.”

Three days later, DHS Special Agents knocked on Shry’s door, and she admitted making the call to Judge Chutkan’s chambers but said “she had no plans to travel to Washington, D.C. or Houston to carry out anything she stated,” the affidavit says. But, she allegedly added if Rep. Jackson Lee traveled to Alvin, Texas, “then we need to worry.”

On Tuesday, a judge in the Southern District of Texas ordered Shry detained for the next 30 days due to four other criminal charges brought against her in the past year for similar conduct, according to court records.

Shry “suffers from major depression and has a long history of substance abuse,” court records state, and her father testified she “sits on her couch daily watching the news while drinking too many beers.”

The arrest comes as former President Trump has only escalated his attacks against Chutkan over his Truth Social account even after she warned last Friday that attacks against the case could result in her expediting his case to trial.

ABC News reached out to the public defender’s office in Houston, Texas, that is listed as representing her and did not immediately receive a response.

The arrest was first reported by Bloomberg Law News.

Indiana Judge In Bizarre Natalia Grace Case Shot In Home Attack As Police Hunt Suspect

One day after the shooting, law enforcement learned that Smith previously bought a gun matching the one used in the attack, according to a probable cause affidavit. A partial serial number was found on the gun.

Smith, according to officials, is an associate of Moss, who’s a “high-ranking member” of the Indiana chapter of the Phantom Motorcycle Club, which they describe as a gang. Moss was also previously involved with the Vice Lord gang, according to court documents. Prosecutors say Smith is also part of the Phantom Motorcycle Club.

Smith and Moss have both had cases heard by Judge Meyer, according to records.

Moss was scheduled to appear in court two days after the shooting for a jury trial that Meyer was presiding over regarding charges dating back to 2024.

In June 2024, court records show, Moss was charged with three felony counts of domestic battery, three felony counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, two felony counts of intimidation and felony criminal recklessness.

On June 19, 2024, Moss’s ex-wife, who he was living with at the time, told police Moss hit her with a broomstick in the back of her leg, court documents show. After allegedly hitting her on the back of her leg, Moss said, “He would hit her harder the next time if she did not follow his instructions,” the court records show. One day later, the woman told police that Moss said she was a slave and threatened to “hit her in the head.”

In an October 2022 incident, Moss’ ex-wife alleged that he fired shots into the floor after their son became upset about having to help them get back into the residence because they were locked out. Police said officers found several bullet holes in a closet behind the living room and in the bathroom. The ex-wife told police that Moss had several guns inside the house.

Moss’ ex-girlfriend claimed that Milsap offered her $10,000 on behalf of Moss and the gang not to testify at the upcoming hearing.

Moss has a lengthy criminal record with convictions, including battery resulting in serious bodily injury, criminal recklessness while armed with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief and criminal trespass, police said in earlier court documents.

Friends of Monique Tepe said an incident involving ex-husband Michael McKee caused her to return to her hotel during a night out three weeks before her death

NEED TO KNOW

  • Monique Tepe had to excuse herself during a night out with friends because of a situation involving Michael McKee three weeks before she was killed, according to an affidavit
  • McKee was allegedly captured on neighborhood surveillance breaking into the Tepes’ property on that same day in Columbus, per the affidavit
  • Investigators do not say if Monique and Spencer were aware of the situation at that time

Monique Tepe was still dealing with the fallout from her first marriage eight years after her divorce.

Just three weeks before she and her dentist husband Spencer Tepe were found dead in their Columbus, Ohio, home, Monique had to excuse herself during a night out with friends because of a situation involving ex-husband Michael McKee, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by PEOPLE.

McKee is now accused of murdering Monique and Spencer on Dec. 30, as the couple’s two young children slept just a few feet away.

Three weeks earlier, on Dec. 6, during a weekend getaway to Indiana — one week before Monique and Spencer’s fifth anniversary — the incident described in the affidavit unfolded.

Monique and Spencer had joined friends on a trip to watch the Big Ten Championship football game, featuring their alma mater, Ohio State University.

The affidavit states that midway through the game, Monique suddenly informed the group that she needed to return to her hotel room, but didn’t offer an explanation.

Friends later told investigators that Spencer had informed them that Monique was “upset about something involving her ex-husband,” according to the affidavit.

Around that same time, McKee was allegedly captured on neighborhood surveillance footage breaking into the Tepes’ property back in Columbus, police have said.

He allegedly spent a few hours on their property before leaving.

Investigators did not say whether Monique and Spencer were aware of the situation at the time, but the affidavit describes a history of alleged threats McKee had made to Monique over the years.

According to the affidavit, one friend told police that McKee once told Monique she would always be his wife, and threatened to buy the house next door if she ever left him.

The affidavit does not say if McKee allegedly knew the Tepes and their two young children would not be home when he drove over 400 miles from Illinois to their home on Dec. 6.

The affidavit alleges that McKee made that trip in the same silver SUV that was later captured on neighborhood surveillance cameras arriving in the Tepes’ neighborhood in the early morning hours of Dec. 30, just before the couple was killed inside their home.

Police say that same car was then seen leaving the neighborhood shortly after the deaths of Monique and Spencer.

Investigators were able to link McKee to the vehicle and later tracked it down to the medical facility where McKee worked in the city of Rockford, about 80 miles west of Chicago.

Federal agents took McKee into custody near that facility on Jan. 10, and a week later, a grand jury indicted the surgeon on four counts of aggravated murder and a single count of aggravated burglary.

Police later said that a search of McKee’s property led to the discovery of the weapon they believe was used to kill the Tepes.

McKee made his first appearance in an Ohio courtroom on Jan. 23, at which time his lawyer entered a not guilty plea to all charges.

A friend of Monique and McKee’s previously told PEOPLE that while she moved on after the divorce he was still fixated on his ex-wife.

“He thought she could not live without him. That she needed him. So for her to thrive [in her new marriage], that just destroyed his fragile little ego,” said the friend.
